Questions

What this is, and what it refuses to be.

What does this site cover?

Being flat in a life with nothing wrong with it, when everything is available and nearly all of it is free. Not having too little to do.

Will it tell me what is wrong with me?

No. It does not identify depression, burnout, anhedonia, ADHD or anything else in you, and it does not talk about your brain chemistry. That is a doctor's territory and a fair question to take there.

Will it give me a plan or a challenge?

No. No tasks, no thirty-day anything, no detox, no hobby list, and nothing about deleting apps or screen time. You are not short of suggestions.

Is this an anti-phone site?

No. Nothing here says your phone is ruining you, that men were better before, or that an evening of scrolling is shameful. The argument is about cost and appetite, not morals.

What is the argument, briefly?

Effort is what gave a choice its weight. Almost all the cost has been removed from almost everything. The appetite went with it. The longer version.

Does James claim evolution is resetting?

He holds that as a personal view, and it is labelled as one on its own page. It is not science, nobody can verify it, and nothing else here depends on it. It says nothing about which people are more or less adapted, and this site will not be taken in that direction.

Who is James?

A recruiter of more than twenty years, sober since 2020, with no qualification in any of this. The account.

Is the chat James?

No. It is an AI guide and it says so. James is not reading it in real time.

What does the chat cost?

It is free, capped at ten exchanges in a rolling twenty-four hours on this site. Membership raises that to a hundred across the whole network and is bought at contented.guide. Safety responses are never limited by any allowance.

What happens to what I write?

Conversations here are held in your own browser on your own device, and clearing browser data removes them. Nobody scores, ranks, monitors or profiles you. The privacy policy has the detail.
